As home to more than 115 companies like Dell, IBM and VMware, Georgia has become a leading center for network and cybersecurity. Reports indicate that, as a whole, the industry generates nearly $5 billion in annual revenue for Georgia. State Rep. Brent Cox (R-Dawsonville) will serve as Chairman of the subcommittee, according to an announcement late last week by the House Technology and Infrastructure Innovation Committee Chairman Todd Jones (R-South Forsyth).
