Former state representative and congressional candidate Vernon Jones is facing a massive bill after a U.S. District Court judge ordered he pay $45,000 to a former constituent after he blocked him on Facebook and deleted his posts.  Judge Stephen Grimberg ruled that a public figure blocking a constituent constitutes “viewpoint discrimination,” and awarded the man some $8,000 in damages and ordered Jones to pay another $37,000 to cover legal fees.  Jones will surely challenge the exorbitant payment totals, which have his wallet SINKING…
