The Georgia Lottery hit a major milestone last week when its total funding for education reached $25 billion.  First approved 30 years ago, the lottery has funded HOPE Scholarships for more than 2 million Georgia college students and 1.7 million pre-k students – and many who have received the benefits of both programs.  Gov. Brian Kemp and lottery CEO Gretchen Corbin met to recognize the milestone, with Kemp saying “Georgians win every day with the lottery.”  RISING…
