On Tuesday Gov. Brian Kemp appointed Public Service Commissioner Chuck Eaton to the Atlanta Judicial Circuit, creating a vacancy on the five-member regulatory body.  Yesterday Kemp officially filled it, naming Cobb businessman Fitz Johnson as the District 3 Commissioner on the PSC.  The Army veteran and small business owner has been a longtime figure in Cobb County, serving on boards for Kennesaw State and as a Commissioner on the State Charter Schools Commission.  He will fill Eaton’s seat until at least 2024, when it comes up for re-election.  Another savvy appointment by Kemp – Johnson’s ship is RISING…
