Former U.S. Sen. David Perdue Monday filed paperwork Monday that would make him eligible to run against Sen. Raphael Warnock in 2022.  Perdue says he is still just keeping his options open, but sources close to him say he is likely to mount a comeback bid.  If he does his profile and funding may clear the field of other Republican challengers, with names like Kelly Loeffler, Doug Collins, and maybe even Herschel Walker not wanting to take on an unwinnable primary battle.  We should know for sure within the next couple weeks, but this move has Perdue’s odds of running RISING…
