President Donald Trump appears to have added up to 1,900 more votes to his tally in Floyd County after the local Democratic and Republican parties observed hand counting of votes resulting in close to 2,631 presidential ballots not tallied on general election night. According to Board of Elections Chairman Tom Rees, “the hand count added 2,631 more votes than were registered by computers” and it appears that the ballots came from early voting.
