This past Tuesday the interchange of Georgia 400 and Old Milton Parkway was renamed the “Richard L. Jackson Interchange”— a tribute to CEO and philanthropist Rick Jackson of Alpharetta-based Jackson Healthcare. Sen. California Gov.
