Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger came under fire following the June 9 General Primary after many voters complained of long lines, inability to cast ballots, equipment problems and a host of other issues. But a new report by RAND Corp ranked the state as one of the best in the nation for voter access in pandemic preparedness. The report said Georgia was one of only nine states with “high flexibility for responding to the pandemic.”
