More than 500 Savannah businesses have taken the ‘Savannah Safe’ pledge, part of an effort to implement safety protocols and assuage health concerns as they look to reopen more of the local economy.  The pledge is part of the Resilient Savannah initiative, which was introduced by Mayor Van Johnson in mid-May, and guided by organizations including the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce and Visit Savannah.  The pledge includes promises to have employees wear facemasks, limit occupancy, and rigorously apply disinfectant.  You can see which businesses have signed up HERE
