Purse strings are getting tight during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, but Cobb County Schools have taken steps to make sure their hourly and salary employees get paid through it.  The Cobb County School Board voted Thursday to use more than $3 million in general reserves to ensure that certain after-school employees, who normally get paid out of a separate funding pool, receive pay through the end of May.  Times are tough for all Georgians but Cobb Schools using their rainy day fund for a rainy day has them RISING…
