On a day when Georgia lawmakers announced plans to take about a week off to devote time to the state budget, Public Health Commissioner Kathleen Toomey told members of the House Appropriations Health Subcommittee that she did not anticipate any reductions in services as a result of proposed budget cuts for FY21.
