Another day another drama for DeKalb County, where on Monday the school board voted 6-1 to remove Superintendent Steve Green, cutting his tenure short more than a semester early.  The board voted to install longtime administrator Ramona Tyson as the interim superintendent.  Green oversaw a period of relative success for DeKalb schools, which has bounced back from nearly losing accreditation to stockpiling cash reserves and boasting its highest graduation rates ever.  Now thrust into a search for a new leader in the middle of a school year, the move has DeKalb’s ship DRIFTING…
