The latest Annual Highway Report by Reason Foundation shows Georgia dropping eight spots — from 18th to 26th– in the national rankings in overall cost-effectiveness and condition of the state’s highway system. But State Senator Brandon Beach (R-Alpharetta), Chairman of the Senate Transportation Committee, warns that data and statistics can be interpreted several ways but they don’t always tell an accurate story.
