With rising college costs across the board causing headaches for graduating high schoolers, one local school official has made a very generous offer to his students.  Marietta school district Superintendent Grant Rivera announced Tuesday that he will be donating a $10,000 bonus to paying for application fees for every Marietta High School student applying to college next year.  The generous move, which Rivera says he hopes will be an added incentive for students to “do the right thing” for their future, has his ship RISING…
