Gov. Brian Kemp on Friday appointed Cobb County District Attorney Vic Reynolds as the new director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.  Reynolds, originally from Rome, has been among the most well respected DA’s in the state since winning the position in 2012.  He became close with Kemp on the campaign trail as both men pushed for more resources to curb gang violence.  A savvy choice by the governor and another step up for Reynolds, whose ship is RISING…
