U.S. Senators Johnny Isakson and David Perdue announced Thursday that the U.S. Department of Transportation has awarded a $25 million grant to the state to build a new bridge over highway 316 in Barrow County.  The intersection at GA 11, sees an estimated 10,000 cars a day – and many times than number on UGA football game days – and the new bridge will help alleviate traffic that can stretch for miles.  For Georgians who live in the area (or travel it every Fall) work from state officials to secure much needed infrastructure upgrades have their ships RISING…
