U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson (R-GA) and others in the Senate took a step yesterday to help ensure Georgians have more options for healthcare coverage.
Isakson was among the Senators who rejected Senate Resolution 63 which would have blocked an important Trump administration rule giving consumers better options and more protection when they purchase short-term limited-duration healthcare plans, a lower-cost alternative to the Obamacare marketplace. The measure failed by a vote of 50-50.
