Georgians following the news have likely already seen the latest predicted path for Hurricane Florence. North Carolina is currently expected to be battered for a couple days starting on late Thursday and take on a tremendous amount of rain and winds through Saturday. It is expected to slow and make a turn southwestward by Sunday.
Through Sunday evening and into Monday, whatever is left of Florence – which could be a lot considering its touring of the coast over the weekend – is expected to move inland through South Carolina and somewhat trace the border by Georgia.
