The stage has been set for Georgia voters to decide on amending the state’s constitution regarding rights for crime victims.
On the final day of signing legislation from the 2018 session of the Georgia General Assembly, Gov. Nathan Deal signed the implementing legislation for Marsy’s Law for Georgia, which will take effect if voters approve the constitutional change this November.
