Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville will play host to Georgia’s gubernatorial candidates this weekend as they meet for the first candidate forum of the 2018 election cycle.

InsiderAdvantage CEO Phil Kent will be among the panelists asking questions of the candidates, who will gather for a meet and greet beforehand to give GOP voters a chance to get to know the individuals seeking to replace Governor Nathan Deal as his second term expires next year.  Admission is free, so if you’re still looking to make up your mind as to who to support out of a stacked field of contenders, now is your first opportunity to get a feel for the candidates in the race.

Lt. Governor Casey Cagle, Secretary of State Brian Kemp, state Senators Hunter Hill and Michael Williams, and even relative unknown Marc Urbach will be in attendance, looking to garner support and gain momentum via the straw poll that will be held following the forum.

Allen will begin at 10:00 am, so even if you can’t make it down to Milledgeville you still have a chance to listen in.
